One World Food Truck
One World Food Truck provides catering for weddings and parties and food truck street services at breweries and events on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Northside Brisbane and surrounds. The truck is the creation of chef Jason Sierra, with his rich Spanish background he creates amazing Spanish/Mediterranean and South American flavoured dishes as well as a fusion of spice with Korean and other Asian flavours. One World truly lives up to its name by taking you on a culinary journey around the world.
We are a chef run food truck so everything is made by us and made with love. We make all our own sauces, slow smoke our pork and lamb for over fourteen hours and even hand cut our own real potato chips. We create authentic dishes with bags of flavour for you to wow your guests with.
Some of our more popular food truck dishes are the famous El Toro Loco Burger (hand made chorizo patty), lemon pepper calamares, Korean crispy sprout salad (vegan), mojo pork bun and much, much more.
