Where it all began…

About six years ago, our grand adventure in brewing began with a simple passion: exploring the vibrant world of craft beer along the coast. Picture this: it's a balmy Saturday afternoon, the sun dipping low on the horizon as we find ourselves savoring the delights of Moffat Beach Brewery (back when it was just a cozy nook, not the behemoth it is today). Suddenly, Divaan, ever the visionary, blurts out those fateful words: "We can totally do this!" And just like that, the spark was ignited.

Before we knew it, we were caught up in a whirlwind of excitement, flipping over bar coasters and tossing around wild ideas faster than you can say "brewmaster." From dreaming up quirky beer styles to conjuring the perfect brand identity, debating playlists, and plotting our dream locations, it was a brainstorming session like no other. In a way, you could say Buddybrewing was born from the simple joy of a family outing, shared laughter, and a love for the hoppy nectar that brings us all together.

So here we are, armed with good vibes and even better brews, ready to embark on this deliciously hop-tastic journey. Cheers to great ideas and even greater beers!

His love for brewing beer began at a young age when his grandfather would brew with him, sparking a lifelong interest in crafting the perfect pint.
With a strong work ethic, a great sense of humour, and a love for banter, Divaan is not only dedicated to creating exceptional beer and perfect spirits, but also to fostering a sense of community and family within Buddy Brewing.
